I-20 Alabama

West Central Region

The Southbound right lane on the Hugh Thomas Bridge just before University Blvd. will be closed Thursday, March 26 from 9 a.m. until noon. The Northbound left lane at University Blvd. onto the bridge will be closed from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. This is to install a traffic camera at both locations.

All lanes on I-20/59 Eastbound at MP 62 in Tuscaloosa County are closed due to a crash. Expect delays and consider alternate routes, such as US-11.

US-11 (Skyland Blvd.) Northbound lanes under the I-20/59 bridge at Exit 76 in Cottondale will be closed and detoured beginning at 8 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Here'South what it looked like when the contractor placed girders over US-11 in Vance last week.
