REEVES COUNTY: Major crash a few miles west of the Pecos River has forced closure of RM 652. Best estimate is a 3-hour closure. Road is closed between the Pecos River and basically Orla while DPS measure scene. Please find alternate routes.
ANDREWS COUNTY: SH 128 lanes open again between SH 115 and NM state line. Be safe.
ANDREWS COUNTY: A tanker rollover on SH 128 between SH 115 and the NM state line is blocking a lane. We have traffic moving with flaggers, but expect delays. Due to the position of vehicle, the lane may be closed for quite some time.
MIDLAND COUNTY: A utility inspection will affect traffic on SH 349 on Tuesday, July 16. This will happen across the last 15 miles of SH 349 in southern Midland County. The moving operation may cause traffic delays. Please give guys room to work and slow down near Texas DOT crews.
DISTRICTWIDE: Texas DOT will be collecting traffic counts at 60 locations in the 12-county Odessa District July 15-25, 2019. These 24-hour traffic counts will be for on-system roadways only.
